2. Do you have an offline store?
Currently, our products are available online as well as offline in few stores.
3. How long will it take for my package/order to arrive?
We usually ship within 3 Business days. During peak situations, there might be a slight delay in the delivery.
4. Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes you can. You can modify the order within 3 business days from the date the order was placed. But, once the shipping is done, you cannot modify your order.
5. How can I track my order?
You will receive the shipment details through notifications.
6. Are there any shipping charges?
Standard Shipping charges will be applicable based on the delivery location.
7. What if the product is Damaged or Broken?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please drop your mails to harvesteco1@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. What is your Return Policy?
HarvestEco is committed to your satisfaction. We are not accepting returns of our products without a proper concern since our products are perishable.
